Your Massage Therapist will arrive 10-15 minutes early to set-up and to be ready to give the massage.

If you would like them to arrive earlier so that you can get started at a particular time, please state so when scheduling the appointment.
Upon therapist arrival if you do not answer the door, or your phone, she/he will wait up to 15 minutes (which will be taken away from the massage if you show up), then the appointment will be considered a no show.

If the appointment is delayed due to the therapist, she/he will give the full time of the massage. If time does not allow, the client will receive a discount in accordance with the amount of time the appointment was delayed.
